cooked chicken, shredded

broccoli florets

cream of mushroom soup

sour cream

garlic powder

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, and cooked quinoa. Stir to mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and vegetable mixture, and stir until evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish.
If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for a crunchy texture. Drizzle with olive oil to help the breadcrumbs brown nicely.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the casserole.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Optional breadcrumbs can add a crunchy texture.
