Instructions
In a food processor, combine the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more maple syrup or honey.
Once the mousse is smooth and decadent, transfer it into serving bowls or glasses.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the mousse to firm up slightly.
Before serving, you can garnish with fresh berries or a sprinkle of chopped nuts for added texture and a pop of color.
