Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados and drained tuna, gently mixing to combine without mashing the avocado.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, and diced cucumber to the bowl.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper until well blended.
Pour the dressing over the avocado and tuna mixture and gently fold everything together until the ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
