In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. About 5-7 minutes.
Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Then, add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring well to combine the spices evenly.
Set aside the beef mixture to cool slightly.
To assemble the wraps, lay out a tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing in the center of the tortilla.
Add a portion of the ground beef mixture (about 1/4 cup) on top of the dressing.
Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and pickles over the beef.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, containing all the filling.
Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling.
For an extra touch, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the wraps if desired.
Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
Notes
Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve with extra Thousand Island dressing on the side for dipping. Place them on a colorful plate with some fresh greens for added color.
