Ingredients
1
cup
all-purpose flour
1/2
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1
cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
granulated sugar
1/2
cup
unsalted butter, softened
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1
cup
cream cheese, softened
1/4
cup
milk (add more if needed for consistency)
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
to taste
assorted dippers (graham crackers, fruits, pretzels, etc.)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and cream cheese. Mix with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.
Add in both sugars (brown and granulated) and vanilla extract. Continue to mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt until fully blended.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing well after each addition.
Slowly pour in the milk, mixing until you reach your desired dip consistency. If it feels too thick, add more milk gradually.
Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
Transfer the brownie batter dip into a serving bowl and smooth the top with the spatula.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to firm up slightly.
Notes
Serve in a decorative bowl topped with extra chocolate chips and arrange assorted dippers around it.
