Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. It should have a pancake batter consistency.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is completely coated, and then place them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake the cauliflower bites in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
While the cauliflower is baking, combine the buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter in a bowl.
After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and carefully toss the baked florets in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
Return the sauced cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with celery and carrot sticks, and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
