pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, divide the pizza dough into 8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a long rope, about 8 inches in length, then tie it into a knot. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the garlic butter mixture.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each knot, ensuring they are well-coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.
Once out of the oven, brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
