In a large bowl, combine the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss well until the sprouts are evenly coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
Air fry the Brussels sprouts for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.
When they are done, remove them from the air fryer and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to allow the cheese to melt slightly onto the hot sprouts.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for an added pop of color and freshness.
