Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Rice
A creamy and cheesy chicken dish cooked in a crockpot with rice and broccoli.

cooked rice (white or brown)

garlic powder

Instructions
In the bottom of your crockpot, place the cooked rice evenly.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the rice.
Pour the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth over the chicken, ensuring it's well covered.
Gently add the broccoli florets on top of the soup mixture without stirring them in.
Cover the crockpot and set it on low heat for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks and mix it into the rice and broccoli mixture.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let it sit until the cheese melts (about 15-20 minutes).
Stir well to combine everything, then serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Feel free to use fresh or frozen broccoli.
