In a blender or food processor, add the ripe avocados and blend until smooth and creamy.
Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add the cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
Blend again until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is velvety and rich. Adjust the sweetness if preferred by adding more maple syrup.
Once blended, taste the mousse and adjust any flavors as necessary. If it’s too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach desired consistency.
Transfer the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up and intensify the flavors.
Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries and a sprig of mint leaves on top for a pop of color and freshness.
