Instructions
Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined. Set aside.
Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer: In another bowl, whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with 2 cups of milk until thickened, following the package instructions. Once thick, fold in 1 cup of heavy cream to create a light mousse-like consistency.
Assemble the Lasagna: In a 9x13 inch dish, start by placing a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
Layering: Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of the chocolate pudding mixture. Sprinkle a layer of mini marshmallows evenly over the pudding. Repeat the layers with more graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, the rest of the chocolate pudding, and top with more mini marshmallows. Finalize with a top layer of graham crackers.
Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.
Serve: Before serving, spread whipped cream generously on top and garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate shavings for added texture and flavor.
