1tablespooncornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

Instructions
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger to create your teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the skillet along with the teriyaki sauce. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Allow to cook for another minute until the sauce coats the beef and vegetables nicely.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before plating.
Notes
Serve with steamed rice or noodles for a complete meal.
