Instructions
Start by preparing the strawberries. If using fresh, rinse them under cold water and remove the hulls. If you prefer a sweeter profile, you can also freeze them for a thicker texture in your smoothie.
In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If you desire a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary, adding more honey or syrup if desired.
Once fully blended and creamy, pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
To amp up the presentation, garnish with a few whole strawberries on top or a dollop of whipped cream (optional).
