Instructions
In a food processor, add the ripe avocados, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is well mixed.
Taste the mousse and adjust the sweetness by adding more maple syrup if desired, blending again to combine.
Once you achieve a creamy consistency, transfer the mousse into small serving bowls or glasses.
Refrigerate the mousse for at least 30 minutes to allow it to chill and firm up slightly.
When ready to serve, top the mousse with fresh berries and garnish with mint leaves for added color and freshness.
Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more maple syrup.
